Summary0051929: removed cause of error from EWI when processing approvals
DescriptionWhen an error occurs processing reasons and approvals, the relevant information about the exception causing it is not logged as part of the EWI.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a ticket with an invalid approval/reason (somehow!?)
2. Pay it
3. Check the EWI: it says there was an error processing the approval, but not which one
