Summary | 0051674: Masterdata refresh when there is not internet connection blocks POS | ||||
Description | Whenever internet connection is lost, trying to refresh masterdata before changing to "offline mode" will cause that "Reading Terminal Information..." full screen pop up will remain in front and will keep POS blocked. Two notification/pop ups displays behind this full screen pop up: - Failed to fetch - Terminal is offline. Transactions will be synchronized when the connection is restored. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | - Login POS (online) - Press: Cntrl + Shift + i (Chrome dev tools will be displayed) - On chrome dev tools: change to tab "Network" and in header change "No throttling" option to "Offline". - On POS, click "Settings" button (gear icon) and click "Refresh Masterdata" button and observe the error. - Screen will be remain blocked with Refresh masterdata full screen pop up. To solve it, just refresh the page. | ||||
