0051541: Hardware Manager must work with folders with spaces in Windows
If the Hardware Manager is installed in a Windows machine in a folder that contains spaces and with jar libraries for plugins in the libext folder it will not start because the start.bat script does not builds properly the java classpath
* Install the Hardware Manager in a Windows machine in a folder including spaces.
* Install the AXISC3 plugin in the libext folder.
* Run the start.bat script file and observe the Hardware Manager does not start.

No need to backport. Latest Hardware Manager version is fully backward compatible.
