Summary0051530: Hardware Manager must work with folders with spaces in Windows
DescriptionIf the Hardware Manager is installed in a Windows machine in a folder that contains spaces and with jar libraries for plugins in the libext folder it will not start because the start.bat script does not builds properly the java classpath
Steps To Reproduce* Install the Hardware Manager in a Windows machine in a folder including spaces.
* Install the AXISC3 plugin in the libext folder.
* Run the start.bat script file and observe the Hardware Manager does not start.
