Summary | 0051508: Include reason and approval history tab in return from customer window |
Description | It is required to display the reason and approval information persisted for returns. For this reason, it is necessary to add the reason and approval history tab in return from customer window.
Note that with the fix for 0050868 that tab was already included in sales order, cashup history and touchpoint windows |
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Create a new record on user action reasons window for verify returns user action.
2. Open the POS application
3. Select the orders option on the main menu
4. Select one order and process its verify return
5. See how the reasons dialog is displayed and select one reason.
6. Finish the verify return
7. Go to the return from customer window on the backoffice and see how the provided reasons information is not being displayed. |
Proposed Solution | New subtab will be created on return from customer and return from customer lines to be able to see this information in the backoffice. |
