DescriptionThe cfx-core library currently in version 3.4.5 should be updated to the latest release (3.4.10)

Note the upstream announcement:
3.4.10 is the last planned release for the Apache CXF 3.4.x series. Users are strongly recommended to upgrade to 3.5.x.

We have 48327 already reported to look at moving from 3.4.x to 3.5.x
