Summary0051249: Action Reasons in Open till and Cashup with differences
DescriptionNew component is going to be created to display difference cash up information.

By making use of the reasons infraestructure this new component will be shown on the approvals/reason dialog.

Also the the Cashup User Action methods will be implemented to integrate it with the reason infrastructure.
