Summary | 0051211: Backoffice Cash up History and Payment methods cash up window in channel touchpoint screen, the initial amount is not displayed |
Description | If I open a till with initial amount at 100€
When I do the cash up, we have 2 behaviours different in POS 1 and POS2
When opening with POS1, in the backoffice, channel touchpoint window/Cash up history/Payment methods for the cash paymeent method the deposit is 100€
When opening with POS2, in the backoffice, channel touchpoint window/Cash up history/Payment methods for the cash paymeent method the deposit is 0€ |
Steps To Reproduce | I open the pos2 and put 100€ in initial amount for cash
I do a sale
I do cash up
Check in the backoffice channel touchpoint window/Cash up history/Payment methods for the cash paymeent method the deposit is 0€ |
Proposed Solution | To have the same behaviour in POS 2 as in POS1 |
