Steps To Reproduce1-Go to the backoffice.

2-Create a new record in "Discounts and Promotions"

3-Select the promotion type "User Defined Percentage"

4-Select a starting date=Yesterday

5-Percentage Discount=10

6-Select Discretionary Application method

7-Go to the WebPOS, create a new ticket and select "Orders discounts"

8-See that there is no promotion display.
