Summary0051024: [OPECOM] Modify the start and end date of header can set stores start/end dates out of OPECOM dates
DescriptionModify start and/or end dates in the header of OPECOM can allow to have dates at store level that are outside the header date range

Maybe we should display a warning/error or change the dates of the stores so the dates at store level are never outside the header date range
Steps To ReproduceGo to 'Commercial operations' window
Create an OPECOM with starting and ending dates
Add several stores, they have the starting and ending dates of the OPECOM
Save the record but do not validate the OPECOM
(see OPECOM dates creation.png)

Modify the start and end dates in the header to have
- header start date > store start date
- header end date < store end date
=> We can save the record even though :
- header start date should be <= store start date
- header end date should be >= store end date
(see OPECOM update header dates stores dates KO.png)

If we modify the dates of the stores, this is not possible and we have an error
(see OPECOM update stores dates OK.png)
Proposed SolutionDisplay a error message informing about that the dates of some stores are outside the header date range
