Summary0051022: 'Print/email duplicate' button grayed out in 3 dots options if 'Print bill' = No
Description'Print/email duplicate' button is grayed out if user action 'Print bill' is set to No
However, if we open the order, the button is active
Steps To ReproduceGo to Openbravo backoffice
Go to 'Role' window
Select the role of your user
Go to 'User action access' subtab
Define 'Print bill' = No
(see Role Print bill No.png)

Log in into POS2
Make a sale, pay and finalize it
Go to 'Orders' menu
Click on the sale
=> 'Print/Email Duplicate' button is active (OK - see Order open duplicate active.png)
Close the order
Go back to 'Orders' menu
On the line of the order, click on the 3 dots button on the right
=> 'Print/Email Duplicate' is grayed out (KO)
The option should be active

Hello,

I'm trying to reproduce it in retail but still haven't been able to (See files: 2023-02-02_10-50_1.png and 2023-02-02_10-50.png). Could you please confirm that the Touchpoint type from the terminal used is markes ad "Deliver Receipt Options" (Window Channel-Touchpoint Type, see image 2023-02-02_10-55.png)

and https://livebuilds.openbravo.com/retail_pos2_modules_pgsql/web/pos/?terminal=VBS-2 [^] for POS (React)
