0050902: [UX] Tapping the default modifier should be as valid as tapping in a non-selected option

Description

The modifier "start time" has "now" as default option. If the user tap this option nothing happens and she should tap the "next" button in the toolbar to continue. However, if the "start time" is other than the default option, just by tapping the option the value is accepted without having to tap the "next" option.

Steps To Reproduce

1. In the main POS window for Restaurants, pick a Simple menu
2. Go to Main Course and pick Cheesburger
3. Notice the expected modifier "start time" and the "now" option marked as default
4. Tap the "now" option, nothing happens. In order to continue, I have to tap the "next" button in the toolbar"
5. Tap the "5 min" option, the modifier is selected and the next step is shown. No tapping in the "next" button is required

Make a tap in the default option a valid step to avoid a tap in the "next" button
