Summary0050614: Ability to configure the hardware manager, printers and templates to be used when printing documents
DescriptionCurrently there exists two preferences in AWO "AWO Hardware Manager URL" and "AWO PDF Printer" that allow to configure the URL of the hardware manager to communicate with and the PDF printer number respectively.

This configuration through preferences should be something temporary and it must be replaced with a proper backoffice configuration.

This configuration may include the available print templates. For the moment this is not being needed as the only document that supports printing is distribution order and it generates the template through a hardcoded request[1] to the backoffice.
