0050612: [22Q4] [Restaurants] "Edit note" option for modifier does not bring the current text

Description

It is not possible to edit a note using the "Edit note" option for a modifier as the current text is not displayed

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a Simple Menu
2. Add any starter
3. As Main Course, choose "Cheesburger"
4. As expected, the "Cooking Start Time" is shown. Click the "Add note" button in the top right bar.
5. In the pop up, enter some text. Click "ok".
6. As expected, the text is added to the line and the "Add note" button changes to "Edit note". Click the "Edit note" button.
7. Instead of showing the just entered text to edit, the note is blank. See attached screenshot.
