Summary0050413: API change: ImportEntryProcessor handleImportEntry and assignEntryToThread return boolean
DescriptionThe handleImportEntry and assignEntryToThread methods in
ImportEntryProcessor have been changed from returning void to returning
boolean.

This affects:
* A formal byte code compatibility in ALL classes extending ImportEntryProcessor. The next compilation will generate the proper byte code.
* Classes extending ImportEntryProcessor and overriding any of those 2 methods will require changing them. These cases are very rare.

fixes ISSUE-50413: changes in ImportEntryProcessor extensions

The handleImportEntry and assignEntryToThread methods in
ImportEntryProcessor have been changed from returning void to returning
boolean.
