DescriptionIn discounts when enabled the "distribute between lines" the combo "application rule" should be hidden.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a new discount buy x gift y,
Click on distribute between lines,

Problem -> the application rule combo is enabled, but the value selected there is ignored.
