Summary0050291: Execute application reload asynchronously when terminal data changes
DescriptionIf terminal data changes are found we should show a popup that allows several useractions to finish in the background.

After the informative popup is closed, it will refresh the application.

Fixes ISSUE-50291: Execute application reload asynchronously when terminal data changes

Sometimes flush of the persistence layer does not complete, and as such,
we are showing a dialog to block the user and inform him that a refresh
is required. When exiting the dialog, the application is refreshed as
before.
