DescriptionWhen using the 'Credit Note / Gift Card' menu option, the following happens: the Clients template is printed but the standard template is sent by email.

Steps To ReproduceLog in on a POS2
On "Store" select 'Gift Card / Credit Notes'
Look up a credit note
Select print and email
The printed template is OK, the emailed one is not

It seems SMCP environment doesn't yet have this development:

This one adds the possibility to set the gift cards template that will be used for sending emails. Once this is done, the email sent should use the proper template.
