Summary	0050069: [Belgium Localization] totZ file : the amounts by tax rate are not signed
Description	In the “LIMTS” lines, the sales and returns are separated but in the file we can’t see what is sales and what is returns example : LIMTS,"0","5" LIMTS,"21","53.8" LIMTS,"6","17.92" LIMTS,"21","168.35" LIMTS,"12","13.13" LIMTS,"0","25"
Steps To Reproduce	- Configure MTS on a store - Log in POS and do some sales - Do a cashup - In the BO, go to the channel touchpoint > Cashup history - Select the last cashup and click on "Belgium Total Z report"
Proposed Solution	The amounts by tax rate should be signed (and summed up by tax rate - maybe not mandatory to sum up - Confirm with Patricia / Emmanuel)
