0049895: New properties and entities have to be added to the cashup information

Description

The following new properties must be added to the cashup:

- Total amount + discount amount
- Total discount amount
- Quantity of product (total number of items sold)
- Number of tickets
- Number of deleted tickets

Additionally, we need to keep track of the following information per user over the same cashup cycle:

- Total sales amount
- Number of receipts

And additionally we need to keep track of the following information per product category of products sold over the same cashup cycle:

- Number of items
- Total of sales

This information must be persisted in the back office, and must also be loaded back if the user clears the cache.
