Summary | 0049778: [22Q3] Missing a warning popup when "order discounts" is applied to Refunds | ||||
Description | Total discounts can be selected in Refunds and no warning message is displayed. But, the discount is not applied. So, warning message is missing. This behavior is only observable in POS2. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | Preconditions: - Install org.openbravo.retail.discounts.bytotal module. - Log in ERP as Group -Admin-The White Valley Group - Go to Discounts and Promotions window - Create new record -Header tab -Discount type: Variable Percentage Discount per Total Amount -Name: Total discount 5% -Starting Date: 01-01-2012 -Percentage Discount: 5.00 Steps to reproduce: - Login POS - Create a new order and add "Avalanche transceiver" & Pay - Go to "Order" context (5th icon-left side) - Then from the menu option click “Verified Returns” option - Verify the above created receipt details appear in the popup - Select the product "Avalanche transceiver" and click “Apply” button - Ticket will be opened as a refund - Click "Order Discounts" - Add the previously created discount & click "Apply" Observed Result: No message is displayed, discounts cannot be applied to refunds | ||||
Proposed Solution | Possible solutions: 1. A warning must appear notifying that discount cannot be applied in refunds. 2. "Order discounts" button must be disabled when a refund ticket is opened. | ||||
