Summary0049768: Get rid of "visibleat_client_id" field in ad_preference table, to make use of the client instead. Same with "visibleat_org_id"
DescriptionThere is a redundancy between "visibleat_client_id" and "ad_client_id" fields in "ad_preference" table applied in visibility logic for preferences.

This change carry several changes in code and it should be reviewed carefully.


The same with "visibleat_org_id" and "ad_org_id" fields.
