| Summary | 0049766: Product Modifiers - Missing Configuration when Cancel and Replace Order |
| Description | Product configured with Modifiers are included in "Sales Order" in Backoffice when Order contains a configurable Product.
In POS2, when a configurable Product is cancelled and Replaced Order, it will create a cancellation, Replacement payment and a second cancellation.
The last order does not contain information about mofifiers in product and Missing Configuration message appears for this order. |
| Steps To Reproduce | - Login in POS2
- Create an order with modifiers (i.e. Carbonio Helmet)
- Pay and complete order
- Go to orders tab and click on "Cancel and Replace Order" button. ( Process will create Cancellations and payment related wit this order )
- Check the last order created by the process - ( Missing Configuration )
There is no info related with configurable Product.
Check Backoffice in sales order. Product Modifiers tab won't appear in that order created in the process. |
