0049715: Chips doesn't have opebnravo buttons effects onHover, onFocus etc

Description

The chips used in search and for invoice ticket in the ticket header, doesn't have many of the buttons css effects on hover , on focus , etc.

A possible easy solution is to not use the material ui chips, but use openbravo buttons, since are a normal button with two changes:
- the icon should be an X
- the button borders should be round
- when disabled the X should not appear

Steps To Reproduce

There is two options:

1) in search, search for something, and in categories select any, it will a appear a chip with the selected category

2) select a bp, and in the 3 dots ticket menu, select issue invoice, it will appear in the ticket header a chip to remove the issue invoice.
