| Description | There should be a way to distinguish persons/individuals from companies, as first ones are related to B2C scenarios and second ones to B2B scenarios.

| Proposed Solution | A new field named “Legal Customer Type* needs to be added in the header of the Business Partner window, next to the existing field "Business Partner Category" and before "Fiscal Name".
The value of this field needs to be taken from this list:
* Empty
* Final consumer
* Company
* Professional
* Public Sector
This new field will not be mandatory, so the end-user can change it when needed.
By default value = Empty
This new field needs to be created in Core (c_bpartner)
This new field needs to be loaded in POS (just load, fill in and save).
If there would be a logic waiting for a value of this new field, and the value found is empty, an error message should be given. See for instance the issue related 49229
