Summary0049316: mobile-test: Cleanup old/unused selenium-server-standalone jar
DescriptionWe have two versions of selenium server in the repo:
- Old 2.53 version
- More recent 3.141.59 version

Issue 40221 from 2019 switched to the more recent version which is also used in backoffice-test project.

Delete the ancient 2.53 version as obsolete

Fixes ISSUE-49316: Delete obsolete,old,unused selenium version 2.53 jar

Since issue 40221 from 2019 the newer 3.141.59 jar is used which is also
same we use in backoffice-test project.
Delete the older one as obsolete.
