| Summary | 0049271: Improve Audit Trail information of the records imported with the Business API |
| Description | Currently when importing a record with the Business API, the Audit Trail shows that the record has been inserted with the Import Entry infrastructure (see attached image). It would be nice to provide more specific information in this case, and for example show that the record has been created with one of the supported processes for importing data:
- Business API import service
- Business API import through file |
| Steps To Reproduce | 1) Enable the audit trail for the m_product table
2) Import a product with the Business API import service or with the Business API import through file process definition
3) Once the product is imported, navigate to the Product window and open the audit trail pop-up for the newly created product. Note that it shows that the record has been created with the Import Entry mechanism. This information can be more specific. |
