0004922: Wrong error displayed when importing a file with headers.

Description

When you try to import a file that has headers on the first line, but you don't check the "Headers in first line" checkbox, an error message is shown: "ProcessRunError".

A better message should be shown.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Master Data Managemen -> Import Data -> Import File Loader
2. Browse for a file with headers (see attachment)
3. Select the format (if you used the attached file, select Accounting - Accounts)
4. Click process (DO NOT check headers first line)

Proposed Solution

Display a message saying that:
- the file is wrong
- user must check the file
- file has a header,

or something like that.
