DescriptionWhen creating a HTTP external system with Basic Auth (Always in Header) authentication, user and password fields are not displayed.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a new External System
2. Select Basic Auth (Always in Header)
  -> ERROR: cannot set user/password

fixes BUG-49171: Fix display logic of Username and Password fields

  These fields must be displayed also when the authorization type is
