Summary | 0049074: JIRA 2902 - WebUSB - Printer association is required again after logoff or closing the till | |||||||||||
Description | When you associate a webusb printer and then logoff or close the till, then you need to re-associate the printer the next time you want to print. This is because the object that stores the information linked to the printer is cleared after a logoff or closing the till. This information should be stored in a persistant object to avoid that. | |||||||||||
Steps To Reproduce | Requirements : POS with ESCPOS printer (HP A799) and its drawer To reproduce: In BO Select the POS in the BO, set printer type to "USB Printer" and save On the POS Connect to POS or refresh it Do an order, finalize it and print the ticket => OK, a popup is triggered to associate the printer After selecting the printer, the ticket is printed and drawer is opened Logoff the till, reconnect do an order and select to print it => KO, the popup opened again instead of using the previous association Re-associate the printer, close the order, close the till and reconnect Do an order, pay it and select to print the ticket => KO, the popup opened again instead of using the previous association | |||||||||||
