Summary0049059: Full refresh is executed when refresh browser is done
Descriptionthe full refresh should be executed only after login.
But if the full refresh should be raised at 11am, if the login is done at 10am, and F5 is clicked at 11:30am, the full refresh is executed after the browser is refreshed
Steps To Reproduce. configure full refresh for each 5 min
. do login >> full refresh is executed
. wait 6 min
. refresh browser >> full refresh is executed
