Summary0048845: Comma separator not working for manual discount
DescriptionOn window 'Organization' we have two fields Decimal Separator and Group Separator.
Currenty, for Austria we have configured ',' for Decimal Separatorand '.' for Group Separator.

For the cases when the cashier wants to apply a manual discount, there is '.' on the numpad instead of a ','even if its configured otherwise.
