Summary0048810: [Organization Variables] Unhandled error after applying a new value
DescriptionUnhandled error (full screen display) is produced whenever a new value is introduced in a field and then press "Enter" key instead "Apply".
First, appears a red popup notifying about an error & then a full screen error about Unhandled rejection.

This issue is currently blocking the automated test development for this functionality.
Steps To ReproducePreconditions:
 - From ERP (Backoffice), create at least one organization variable (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tuGxwiNnThguqkrSfUmv9gktmdjdlWmcIkbTPUhVV3g/edit#heading=h.j4aw0a6eq09p [^] [^])

Steps to reproduce issue:
 - Login POS2
 - Select the "Store" icon (5th element in Lateral control bar)
 - Click the option "Organization Variables"
 - Click "EDIT" button from any variable previously created & a pop up will be displayed in foreground
 - Edit any field, for example "Value" field and type "Yes" (must be a different value than the current one) & Press "Enter" Key.
IMPORTANT: "Enter" key must be pressed just after type the new field value.
