| Summary | 0048740: When the readonlypool/database fails, the logos of the system are not properly managed | ||||
| Description | The Utility.showImage method uses the read-only pool if it is configured. IN the cases in which the read-only database is overloaded due to the execution of heavy reports, the method to get the log can fail. In that case, the method retrieves a null, and in that case, the standard logo is shown instead the one requested (yourcompanylegal...) That affects the logo on the back office in the top/right part of the window but also to other reports that are using the master database, but for which the log is obtained from the read-only database. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | - Configure the read-only pool - configure an image for the organizations. Your company logo/legal/menu... -Restart tomcat - Overload the read-only database (or consume all the connections) - Execute a report with an image and see that the image is the default one: ar web/images/CompanyLogo_big.png y web/images/CompanyLogo_big.png - Check also the logo on the backoffice. The same ahppens. | ||||
