0004860: Keyboard shortcuts issues in help window

Description

In window help are two issues with the blue focus:

1. The focus is lost in the headers of the items.

2 The focus in the icons (pencil and up arrow) has an incorrect shape

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Product window
2. Click in the question mark icon (top-right)
3. Navigate with Tab key until the first pencil

Note than in product header disappears the focus and the focus in pencil is only from middle to button.
