DescriptionThere are not 'Tax Rate' defined as 'Tax Exempt' for the following Tax Categories:
-Ust Allgemein
-Ust Ermäßigt 1
-Ust Ermäßigt 2

Therefore, no tickets can be created for Tax Exempt Customers
Steps To ReproduceIn an entity with the following Dataset applied 'Taxes: Configuration Austria - 1.0.0 - English (USA)', try to create a ticket for a Tax Exempt Customers and products with any of this tax categories:
-Ust Allgemein
-Ust Ermäßigt 1
-Ust Ermäßigt 2

An error is raised because tax rate is not found.
Proposed SolutionCreate new tax rates defined as Tax Exempt=Y for the Tax Categories:
-Ust Allgemein
-Ust Ermäßigt 1
-Ust Ermäßigt 2
into the module 'Taxes: Configuration Austria - 1.0.0 - English (USA)'

Three new Exempt Tax Rates have been configured into the project:

Tax Category || Tax Rate Name || Valid Date From || ID
-Ust Allgemein || Steuerbefreiung || 01-01-1993 || 6D0A4DBA566D436FAF956DAFFB9EC606
-Ust Ermäßigt 1 || Steuerbefreiung || 01-01-1993 || CB81405F8AF64247BB335354155CB1AB
-Ust Ermäßigt 2 || Steuerbefreiung || 01-01-1993 || 84A04F34996C48B8A51D5A9D2F298597

IMPORTANT: The ‘Valid From Date’ of the Exempt Tax Rate must be earlier that the Non Exempt Tax Rate ‘Valid From Date’. It both 'Valid From Date', the same configuration doesn't work.
