Summary0048448: Cleanup obsolete code related to supporting old Internet Explorer
DescriptionThis module has copied copy'n'pasted from core/backoffice: BaseReportActionHandler to support very old IE8 not supported since quite some time.

22Q1 related now removed any support for Internet Explorer so that extra code can be removed now.
