| Summary | 0048420: JIRA 453 - StockUpdateWindow user action configuration does not work |
| Description | its configuration does not affect in POS. It doesn't matter which configuration has, it is not applied in WEBPOS |

- go to role
- set the user action to need a approval
- go to webpos
- try to navigate to stock update window
- check that no approval is needed |

Go on the bo as “System adminstrator”
Tab “Role system adminstrator”
Go on “User action access - stockupdate”
Add different action ( see picture) with approval only
Go on POS, force add product with zero in the stock
See that there is still no approval needed |

You are mixing two issues in the previous comment.
We have this issue, related with StockUpdateWindow, and the issue 48419.
In any case, I will explain both of them:
- 48420: After this fix, the user action which navigate to StockUpdateWindow can be configure to ask for an approval. It is not related with force to add a product. it is just a navigation.
- 48419: This issue has a fix which includes a new user action, ForceAddProduct.
This user action allows the user to add a product always, useful when there is not any stock for a particular product.
You can configure it to ask for an approval but this approval only appears when the stock is 0.
This is because you can add a product from the regular flow (AddProduct user action) if there is enough stock.
So please, check both issues and tell us if there is any problem
