Description | When this this preference "Print Return order once instead twice in Web Pos" is switched to "N", return ticket has to be printed twice. But after paying just return ticket has to printed twice not other type of ticket like "Ticket Custom Information". Ticket Custom Information has just to be printed once even if return is printed twice. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | Go to Backoffice 1) add a preference at (organization = *) level --> Print return order once instead twice in Web Pos = N 2) configure Ticket Custom Information in Variables tab and add 2 lines : Enable Custom Ticket = Y Ticket Custom Information = 12345 Go to WebPos 3) Refresh data 4) add several product 5) Return the ticket and go to payment and pay --> 2 return tickets are printed --> OK --> Ticket Custom Information is printed twice --> KO | ||||
Proposed Solution | When Print return order once instead twice in Web Pos = N, limit the fact of printing twice only to the return ticket | ||||
