DescriptionIssues 48072/48073 remove code related to the obsolete storeserver project.

This causes 2 api-changes:
- org.openbravo.mobile.core AD_REF_LIST 0E0B0BD0186E4CD68B59474B83E451F6
  Removing this preference "OBMOBC_RequestRouterPingTime" as it is no longer used
- Java method getServers(OBPOSApplications) in
  the org.openbravo.retail.posterminal.LoginUtilsServlet class
