Summary0048179: during login process, message: "deleting local database" should be displayed
DescriptionIn environments with a lot of products in assortments, the login could take several minutes deleting the local db.

If during login, there is one change in the models, full refresh is required, and there are a lot of products in assortment, the system needs to delete the current database, and it could take some minutes.

During this time, message should be displayed informing that.
Steps To Reproduce. environment with big assortment
. do login
. do some change in code modifying one local model
. compile
. do login
login is stuck during few minutes in this point (screenshot attached) without any info message

Fixed ISSUE-48179: Show Loading Message when deleting MasterData Models
* If MasterData hash is changed, Model data will be deleted and full data will be triggered
  During this process, LoadingMessage should be shown in the UI
