| Summary | 0048174: Confirmation of Documents containing incomplete tasks | ||||
| Description | If you have a grouped task where one task has mandatory attributes, and another doesn't, it is possible to confirm the whole document even though one of the tasks is incomplete. This leads to partial processing of the document with no notification. This could be perceived as a feature, but then the UX should be improved with better messaging. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Create a PO with products containing mandatory attributes, and others that don't have mandatory attributes. 2. Receive the Document - do not confirm 3. Load the tasks in the AWO task list 4. Confirm the whole document. 5. Notice how silent it is but part of the tasks are not processed. | ||||
| Proposed Solution | 1. Disable the confirm button until all tasks are ready, but still allow individual confirmation via the button in the task list when possible. 2. Turn this into a feature but improve the messaging concerning this feature. | ||||
