| Description | On the FS environment, the keymap does not take into account the added product categories. In live builds, there is a problem in adding a product category Prerequisites: Have an account manager for the Back office | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Test steps: 1. Go to the tab Keymap in back office https://agapes-fullscope.services.openbravo.com/openbravo [^] 2. Select the Keymap Take away 3. Go to the Tab Category and choose a category to fill 4. Go to the Tab Products Categories and insert a new record in form 5. Fill the Organization, Product Category and select the status Active 6. tick the button Active 7. Save the record 8. Log on POS and go to sale 9. look for the keymap ==> the products from a product category are not displayed In live builds, there is a problem in adding a product category connect and use the role The White Valley Group Admin. Go to the POS Keymap tab Choose the Main Terrace Keymap Go to the tab categories in the bottom and choose the category Beverages. In the tab Product categories in the bottom . Create a new record by clicking on create one. Fill the attributes : organization *, Product category Food, Statut Active. Save the record ==> an error message appears : Error Saving failed.
