Summary0047997: can't print documents if CSP headers are set
DescriptionIf a strict CSP is put in place, it is not possible to print documents.
Steps To Reproduce1. Configure app server to include CSP header by either:

a. setting it in Apache
or
b. setting it in Tomcat (ie. apply attached diff)

2. Configure POS2 to use HWM and start it
3. Create a ticket and pay it
  -> ERROR: it is not printed, check console, script evaluation is prevented
