Summary | 0047973: WebPOS ceases to accept keyboard input after opening a popup. |
Description | In webPOS, one can input a bar code directly from the physical keyboard, but if a popup is opened prior to inputting any code, the system ceases to accept such input until the receipt is deleted, or another tab is opened.

Steps To Reproduce | 1) In backoffice, navigate to "Channel - Touchpoint Type" of the wanted terminal
2) Check the "Use External Input" checkbox
3) In webPOS, check that you can input a bar code from the physical keyboard.
4) Delete the receipt, open any popup, close it, and try to input a code from the physical keyboard
5) Observe that the system ceases to accept such input.
6) Delete the receipt or navigate to another tab, go back to "Scan" tab, and observe that it accepts the input again. |
