0047921: POS sales must manage Distance Sales

Description

POS sales must manage Distance Sales to final customers (B2C).

Currently POS manages properly local sales by including local VAT.

No local sales are managed only as B2B sales from a VAT perspective.

Steps To Reproduce

Register a sales in a POS terminal of a store located in Spain, to a customer located in France.
Products must be delivered to France.
Currently an exempt intracommunity sales VAT is assigned to such transaction.

If the busines partner is a final customer (B2C), the VAT to applied will have to be the "Destination VAT" (French VAT)

Proposed Solution

There should be a way to distinguish business partners between B2B and B2C (final customers). See issue related.

Besides that Tax Engine will need to also have into account above described BP categorization as another variable.
