DescriptionSee this lines which have been removed. These were there to allow printing coupons if the pager server is not operative.

Solution: add back these lines

Steps To ReproduceCreate a pager line on a ticket
Do not run a dummy pager server
Pay the ticket, when the pager server is not there the system will ask if a coupon should be printed.
Select yes, nothing is printed.
