0047778: Allow Partial cash amount to add return payment

Description

For Return ticket,
when adding return payment with any cash payment, it allows only, if available cash amount is more or equal to the return amount. If available cash is less than return amoutn, then "No cash available" error is shown and its impossible to add the return cash payment with partial cash.

Steps To Reproduce

POS
1) Do Cashup
2) Add Product with price 200
3) Complete the ticket with Cash 50 and Card 150
4) Menu - Return this ticket
5) Add Product with price 100
6) Goto payment tab
7) Add Cash payment of 50 (Since, Available Cash is 50)
But its showing error "There is not enough cash available." and cash payment cannot be added in any case.
We should allow the cash payment upto 50, since avilable cash is 50
