0047723: JIRA 2179 - Sometimes menus switch again to draft mode

Description

As seen with Augusto, it appears in certain case a selected menu switch again to draft mode event though all the products was selected before.
See the test case below.

Steps To Reproduce

1) select manually MENU A
Select le "petit pain chocolat" (Product A)
Choisir le "petit café" (Product B)
MENU A is added to the basket

2°) MENU B automatically generated
Select "petit pain aux raisins" (Product C)
Select "boissons chaudes" (Product D)

3°)
Switch to payment mode
MENU B is generated

4°)
Go back to the ticket

6) select once again manually MENU A
Select "croissant beure" (Product E)
Select "boisson cacao" (Product F)
MENU A is added to the basket

--> But both menu A are now in draft mode
