Summary | 0047484: It's not possible to pay pending tickets when a customer is On Hold. |
Description | It's not possible to pay pending tickets from webpos when a customer is On Hold |
Steps To Reproduce | Web Pos
Create ticket for a Customer
Backoffice, in the customer
Option -> On hold, selected
Option -> Payment in, not selected.
Webpos
Menu -> Refresh data
Menu -> Pay Open Tickets
Search by customer,
when we select the customer the message "Is not possible to select **** because it is on hold" appears |
Proposed Solution | The Webpos has to alow to select customers to pay pendind tickets. |

It is the intended behaviour not allowing to select customers on hold. |

Actually the fix for the related issue 28460 implements this behaviour. |

|
In this case the customer is set "on Hold" but in the "on Hold" section it is allowed the customer to pay. So the customer should be allowed to be selected in the pay open tickets action. But avoid selecting the customer for other actions selected in the "on Hold" section. |
